CEO, CFO, & Chairman of the Board

Brad Domitrovitsch has 20 years of expertise in analyzing, identifying, and developing new market opportunities. His entrepreneurial background spans multiple industries including recycling, water treatment, transportation, real estate, and technology. Brad brings his experience and skill set to provide value to his shareholders first, while putting to work a suite of environmental solutions with demonstrated success. He holds a B.S. in Economics and obtained his MBA from Moravian College.

Kurtis Hoffman, PE, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

COO, Kurtis Hoffman, has 19 years of oil and gas experience as a petroleum engineer, management and executive working for BJ Services, Dominion Energy, CONSOL Energy and CNX Resources. He is experienced in upstream and midstream businesses of the conventional, Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale assets delivering results including strategic planning, regional operations, project investment analysis, capital expenditures, and business development including contract negotiations.  He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Executive MBA for West Virginia University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

John Pippy

John Pippy leads the strategic planning and business advisory efforts for AEPT. Prior to joining AEPT, he was the CEO of the Pennsylvania Coal Alliance, a trade organization representing the interests the Pennsylvania coal industry. John was a legislator for 16 years in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, serving nine years as a Senator in Allegheny and Washington counties and seven years in the House of Representatives. He holds M.S. in Strategic Studies from the U. S. Army War College, M.A. in International Relations from Irish American University in Dublin, Ireland. In addition, he’s a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. John currently holds the rank of Colonel in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

Damian Georgino

Independent Board Member

A business executive with expertise in capital markets, corporate governance and corporate law, Damian has a deep understanding of the financial, operational, and managerial complexities involved in any transaction. Over the course of his career, he has overseen hundreds of IPOs, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and environmental, social and governance (ESG) negotiations. Damian also represents and advises boards of directors and special committees.

His vast business experience has led to a long roster of speaking engagements. Damian’s interactive presentations engage audiences who are seeking insight into challenging business transactions, complicated infrastructure issues and the complex regulatory environment.

Jim Seif

Advisory Committee​

Jim Seif has tremendous expertise in the development and implementation of energy and environmental initiatives at both the state and national levels. He started his career in the US Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh, PA. He served as chief of the Legal Branch at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Jim joined the environmental practice at the law firm of Dechert Price and Rhoads. In 1995, then-Governor Tom Ridge appointed Mr. Seif as secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). He later became vice president for Corporate Relations at PPL, Inc., a Fortune 500 energy and utility company in Allentown, PA. He is currently a Principal at Ridge Global, LLC and is an advisory committee member of the Dick Thornburgh Legacy Project at the University of Pittsburgh. He holds a political science degree from Yale University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
