COO, Kurtis Hoffman, has 19 years of oil and gas experience as a petroleum engineer, management and executive working for BJ Services, Dominion Energy, CONSOL Energy and CNX Resources. He is experienced in upstream and midstream businesses of the conventional, Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale assets delivering results including strategic planning, regional operations, project investment analysis, capital expenditures, and business development including contract negotiations. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Executive MBA for West Virginia University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Over the course of his career, he has overseen hundreds of IPOs, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and environmental, social and governance (ESG) negotiations. Damian also represents and advises boards of directors and special committees.
